Nine people injured in Sibi explosion

QUETTA: At least nine people were injured in an explosion on Masjid Road in Sibi, Balochistan on Saturday.
Police said that unknown militants planted an improvised explosive device near a sweet shop.
The owner of the shop was also among the injured, who were all shifted to Civil Hospital Sibi for medical treatment.
Police and other law enforcers reached the spot and started investigation into the incident.
The blast smashed the glasses of nearby shops and shook nearby buildings as well.
