All options open on govt formation: Congress

CHENNAI: Congress was keeping all its optionsopen on government formation in the post poll scenario, party general secretary Ghulam Nabi Azad said here today.

Speaking to reporters here, he said the first choice of other parties (to form a government) would be the UPA and not the NDA.
